How quickly are orders sent? We generally process United States orders in 1–2 business days, followed by estimated shipping of 3–5 business days; carrier dates are not promises. Will delivery be free? Check the eligibility and charge actually shown at checkout. What is sold here? What are my return choices? Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted, with exchanges also available. A change of mind, personal preference or selected wrong item can be raised within 30 days of delivery. Keep items new, unused and in original condition, together with original packaging, tags and accessories. Must I pay return fees? No restocking fee applies, and a free return label comes inside the parcel. Wait for authorization, then return by mail; exchanges follow actual inventory.

How are delivery problems handled? Send an order reference, email used at checkout and an explanation for damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect shipment, missing contents or description discrepancies. Product and packaging photos or video are needed for damage, faults, wrong or incomplete items. How long is refund processing? We send approved refunds through the original payment method within 10 days after approval.
