Begin a return or exchange request by giving us your order reference, email used at checkout and reason for the return. The application window ends 30 days after delivery. Goods must remain new, unused and in their original state, retaining original packaging, tags and accessories.
Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted. A change of mind, personal preference or wrong selection qualifies alongside damage, faults, an incorrect item, missing contents or a substantial description mismatch. Product and packaging photos or video are required for damaged, faulty, incorrectly shipped or incomplete orders.
After authorization, send the return by mail using the free label supplied inside the parcel. No restocking fee is due. Exchange availability follows current stock. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days through the original payment method; please do not post a return before receiving permission.
